Setup Gmail Automation – One Stop Solution

Get the tool from – Link

After getting tool access go to File > Make a copy

Rename the copy and then click on “Make a copy”

New Google Sheet will open and this will be your copy of the tool

Now let’s authenticate the tool. In this process we have to give access of your Gmail to the tool

To authenticate, go to the tab “Send Mass Emails” and click on the “Send Emails” button at the top

A prompt will appear with “Authorization Required” dialog box, click “OK”

Click on the email address you want to use for the authorization

Click on “Advanced” as shown below

Scroll and click on “Go to Gmail Automation – One Stop Solution (unsafe)”

As a final step of authorization, scroll and click on “Allow”

Dialog box will disappear and now your tool is ready to be used

Let’s go and understand how to create email body for bulk emails

Setup Email Body

Create a blank Google Document

Name it as you like and then create an email body as shown below

Once the email body is ready, copy the URL of the Google Document and keep it ready for further use.

How to Send Bulk Emails from Gmail

Understand how to send bulk email from Gmail in detail

Go to tab “Send Mass Emails”

  • Column A – Paste the list of emails addresses you want to send the emails to
  • Column B – Email Status (It auto populates) and provides you status of email sent
  • Column C – Enter the Subject you want to add in the email
  • Column D – Now take the URL of the Google Document and paste it
  • Column E – In case you also want to add an attachment, you can tick mark
  • Column F – If column E is tick marked then add the file ID (File should be in your Google Drive)

After pasting all the details, tool will look like as below –

After filling all the details you have to create a trigger in the tool so that it can send 10 emails in every 30 minutes and manage your emails by triggering them automatically.
