Setup Gmail Automation – One Stop Solution
Get the tool from – Link
After getting tool access go to File > Make a copy
Rename the copy and then click on “Make a copy”
New Google Sheet will open and this will be your copy of the tool
Now let’s authenticate the tool. In this process we have to give access of your Gmail to the tool
To authenticate, go to the tab “Fetch All Emails” and click on the “Download Emails” button at the top
A prompt will appear with “Authorization Required” dialog box, click “OK”
Click on the email address you want to use for the authorization
Click on “Advanced” as shown below
Scroll and click on “Go to Gmail Automation – One Stop Solution (unsafe)”
As a final step of authorization, scroll and click on “Allow”

In case if you have lots of emails in your Gmail account then you can first set the filters before running the tool
Filters :
- Cell B3 & B4 – Start Date & Enter Date for the duration you need emails for
- Cell B5 – In Gmail, all the emails are are stored in some or the other label so if emails are in your primary inbox then just mention “Inbox” as shown below
- Cell B6 – If you want to search for some particular emails with some text in the subject then you can enter the text in “Search Text in subject”
Once you have filled all the cells just click on the “Download Emails” button
